We interview all our shortlisted and potential candidates. The interviews are usually face-to-face so we can get a better understanding of their personalities, career goals and previous experience. The team assesses their skills and knowledge. This is also an opportunity for the candidates to meet our Senior Consultants so they can familiarise themselves with them.

SECURING THE CANDIDATE

Once the interview stage is complete, we then pass candidates to you to make a decision. This stage is also where we review the offer and contract and confirm details such as start date and references.
